Bug Description

Binary package hint: synaptic

After adding this repository, synaptic would not show the moonlight-plugin-mozilla package if I viewed the packages by Section. However, for some reason, the moonlight-plugin-mozilla package shows up in synaptic if I select to view the packages by "Origin" with the buttons in the bottom left corner. Then, I have to select ppa.launchpad.net/main in the top left corner. Oddly, the package won't show up in the search results, so I actually have to navigate the package list manually.

Adding the missing gpg keys for the repository using apt-key has no effect on whether the packages show up normally.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. The issue that you reported is one that should be reproducible with the final release of Jaunty Jackalope 9.04. We were wondering is this still an issue for you? Can you try with latest Ubuntu release?

I did attempt to reproduce this in the final release of Jaunty. I was able to search Synaptic Package Manager and find the plugin.

Thanks again and we appreciate your help.
