Relocate include directory into sandbox

Bug Description
Currently the include directory reside in the root directory of the openwns. Since we plan to create packages for the openwns, we should directly install the include files into the sandbox. The usual place for include files is:
/usr/include
Hence, we need to install the include files somewhere here:
sandbox/

Actually we can skip the flavour in the new include directory, since the header files are flavour-
