Bug Description

Binary package hint: network-manager-vpnc

The version of network-manager-vpnc that was included with Ubuntu 8.10 is a beta version that has a known bug of not properly importing cisco pcf files. The issue is that passwords do not import and obfuscated passwords are not decrypted. Per the NetworkManager admins, the latest version has corrected these issues and they should correct this problem.

Ok, you'll want to have your distribution upgrade it's vpnc package to the
actual 0.7 release. Ubuntu shipped a pre-release version that doesn't have the
decrypt capability. The code went into network-manager-vpnc on 2008-11-03.
