"Hover" text (img title) not appearing over Focus area graphics on Organisation listing page.

Go to the Organisations listing page. Move cursor over any of the Focus Area graphics: "hover" text should appear giving icon type (eg, Maintenance, Water, Education, etc).

The text comes from the Title attr value associated with the img tag. There is no Title being generated for these on the Organisation listing; however, there *is* for similar items (ie, Focus Area graphics with organisation info) on the Project listing page.

Additional info: This exists in 0.9 (note that per MB, titles are being translated properly).
