Bug Description

Binary package hint: usplash

The debugging usplash wiki page, https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingUsplash, contains information about items to gather when reporting a usplash bug report. It would be more useful if this information was gathered automatically by apport when reporting a bug about usplash. Subsequently, I've modified the package hook to gather that information.
