Bug Description

I hope this isn't a feature (well if it is you should be able to choose the behaviour) - anyways I noticed that
(from some Intreprid Alpha version on) the Volume Applet didn't close automatically anymore.

I was always too lazy to report this as a bug - but now I felt like it needed reporting.
I attached a screenshot if you don't know what I'm talking about.

1) $ lsb_release -rd
Description: Ubuntu 8.10
Release: 8.10

2) tell me the packagename and I tell you the version
says: Volume Applet 2.24.1 Using GStreamer 0.10. in About

3) I expect it to close one clicking somewhere else (like it did in Hardy)

4) it stays open until you click the icon again
