Please update suitesparse-3.1 to suitesparse-3.2

There is a new upstream release for suitesparse. Also, this package is needed in Ubuntu as it is a build depends for octave needed to satisy this bug: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/octave3.0/+bug/287235.

This package has already been updated in debian experimental: http://packages.debian.org/source/experimental/suitesparse.

This debdiff doesn't actually change anything in the Debian package, and therefore is not required. Please follow the sync request process from [0] to get this package into Ubuntu instead. Thanks.

Joseph, please see bug #287235 too. It has the same problem.
