Bug Description

Stacked branches always have their stacked-on branch shown as ~person/project/branch, even when it's a development focus. Why not show them as an lp: URL?

I don't think so. They're shown differently - in that other bug of mine
the series is shown, but not the full branch path. In this the full path
is shown (for the same branch).
