As per the spurious test failures policy, this test has been disabled.

I can't reproduce this in ec2 or locally and as part of the fixes for bug 244671 I added some additional debugging to help understand this failure. For now though, I'm closing this bug and we can reopen it later if this crops up again (hopefully with more information to help figure it out).
