French translation update for 0.47

Hi,

This is a partial update of the French translation file, based on the update made with build 20240.
Translated strings are now 95% (84% in the original file).

Could you please commit it and update it in the trunk with the latest strings?
As I plan to reuse this bug report for further translations, please keep its status to "in progress".

Could you please add update the fr.po file with all the new strings added by recent code? Lots of things (such as SVG fonts and spiro options) which I'd like to translate are missing.
But maybe I can update by myself if you explain it to me. I've read that update_po_files.sh can be used, but that it's not very safe...

1. Build Inkscape
2. cd po
3. make inkscape.pot
4. msgmerge -Uv fr.po inkscape.pot

make update-po just update all po (may take a while, for all languages).

Done. Bryce hasn't answer my mail yet, which is strange. He usually replies within 24 hours. I'll try to solve this some other way.

Did you also check that the win32 installer files (*.nsh) is up to date? http://inkscape.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/inkscape/inkscape/trunk/packaging/win32/

I've just committed it, with my newly added SVN access rights (thanks to Alexandre and Jon!).
