default tool in "edit screenshot"

I find that I always want to draw an oval when I edit a picture, so I always need to select that tool each time I want to edit the screenshot. It would be cool if the user could set which tool is the default tool when the edit screenshot window opens.

Also, after drawing the oval, the tool goes back to the selection tool. It would be nice if the selected tool remained.

I think it would be better if GScrot selected the last used tool instead.

(also, it shouldn't lose the tool focus after one usage - let the user
switch tools instead when they'd like)

I think this issue could use a bug report of it's own. I often take screenshots and mark a detail with "arrows" drawn by single lines. Currently i have to select the pen-tool after every single line... It would be better if shutter would keep the selected tool.

Shutter selects the last used tool
