Debian sync too soon renders uninstallable in dapper

Bug Description
Version 1:0.12.4-4 was synchronized from debian before the libquicktime name change propagated, rendering the last debian maintainer change unimplemented, and the package uninstallable. A rebuild is required to complete the transition.
This is at least true for amd64: other architectures may be unaffected (depending on the autobuild order).
