Bug Description
GvR asks, when first run, whether or not to create the ~/GvR directory. But when you answer yes, it doesn't use it by default when opening or saving the world or program files.
Since GvR is designed to be a gentle introduction to programming, it shouldn't distract the student with unnecessary details like navigating directory structures. The default should be to use it's directory.
