(Feat. req.) Option for 'Previous' button behaviour

#I was sent here from IRC channel, hope I haven't stepped in wrong place!
I kind of hate pressing "Previous" button twice to skip to previous song
But I imagine most of exaile users are used to it...
So a little option on default behavior of Previous button would make everyone happy.
I propose making a check-box (or drop-down list) setting in preferences.
with these options:
- Double-tap to go to previous song, Single-tap to go to start of song. (This is current behaviour and may remain default)
- Single-tap to go to previous song.
This should affect both the interface buttons, as well as physical media control buttons on keyboard.
in addition... consider making a separate page in preferences for various interface oriented settings (like on I propose)

Decided to do myself. Getting "Previous" button to always skip to previous song was rather trivial.
But I'm not going to do the settings/GUI part, since I'm no python dev.
No patch posted since it wasn't for the upstream version, and I currently have no access to the code anyway.
