Bug Description
When blurring an object quite much and then exporting the selected object as a bitmap. The blurring of the object will be cutoff.
Exporting does not take into account the blur of the object.

This has already been fixed in SVN.
Inkscape 0.47 won't have that problem. The bounding box (which is considered as the limit of the selected shape in the bitmap export) resizes to fit the size of the blurred area.
Meanwhile in previous versions you can use a larger rectangle with transparent fill and stroke as reference to get the whole blurred object to be exported correctly.
