Bug Description

En el formulario de ingreso/modificación de un curso, aparece la opción agregar ponenecia. Dentro del submenú que aparece, se encuentra el dato Horas que no solo debe permitir enteros. Debe permitir dos dígitos decimales para especificar por ejemplo 2h 45m como 2.45 o poner campos separados para horas y minutos.
