qjackctl not start: failure to suspend pulseaudio

Bug Description

Binary package hint: qjackctl

When I try to start qjackctl with started pulseaudio, qjackctl failed to start with message:

$ qjackctl
Suspending PulseAudio
Failure to suspend: Invalid argument

Pulseaudio started from my session from my user account with realtime priority.
qjackctl package version 0.3.4-0ubuntu1
