Bug Description
Hi.
Well, i don't listen to music whenever I am online. How about making a feature that, when you get online, tells exaile to get information and make dynamic playlists for me when I'm offline? I don't know, but Exaile can make a graph with related artists and make a random choice when there's no connection to the internet (this is better than getting information for every track, in my opinion).

Excellent idea. 0.3.0 will already cache dynamic data after its been fetched once, but a full offline option would be great.
