"Open terminal here" action in Dolphin doesn't work as espected

Hi,
this is just a very little annoyance, but I report it anyway... So, the "Open terminal here' action should appear when the user right click on a empty space inside a folder view or right click on a folder icon, like in Konqueror or Nautilus. In Dolphin only appear on the first case so one have to go up one level and right click the folder preferred.

Not sure this is a bug, probably is more a wishlist or question, but you can press F4 in the dolphin window to show the terminal panel in the current folder.
