first dialog not listed as a task

Bug Description

* click on the update-manager icon
* get a first dialog about some unauthentificated packages for the selection
....
the dialog goes behind the current window and is neither listed by the list of windows from the panel not with alt-tab .... good luck to notice it :)

Michael, I'm targetting that for dapper, any reason to not list it as a normal task?

Fixed in my latest svn repo. It's uploaded, but not build yet.
