Applet "Volume Control..." button could use a more descriptive label

"Volume control ..." button in the gnome-volume-control-applet, should be labeled sound settings.
The (somewhat poorly named) gnome-volume-control does more than control the volume, it also changes system sounds.
Since through the panel applet (or command line) is the only way to get to the system sounds settings this should be indicated.

don't specify the version in the title, that's confusing and create extra work, some bugs have gutsy in their title still and that creates confusion on whether the issue is gusty specific or opened in gutsy now for example, you can describe the version you are using in the description

upstream says this change comes from Ubuntu, but cannot find the patch that change this at the patches/ directory, anyways marking this as confirmed.
