Kmail window is shown, but when it (automatically as configured) goes to an Imap INBOX startfolder, crashes. Most probably related to:
http://
which was commited to 4.2 branch after 4.2rc tarballs where made. Verified that this patch isn't in Kubuntu pagages.

I'm experiencing the same problem after the latest set of updates from intrepid-proposed. I'm running kmail version 4.1.4-0ubuntu1~ intrepid1. The error message is similar to what the OP observed: :updateNewMessa ges: Removing folder from internal store "INBOX" :slotListFolder Result: KIO::ListJob( 0x212a090) 0 /home/diwaker/ .kde/socket- gorilla/ kdeinit4_ _0
