Bug Description

Binary package hint: transmission

Transmission will crash with a failed assert shortly after starting to download. It can sit with no network activity apparently indefinitely, but shortly after unpausing a download it will crash with
"""
transmission: bandwidth.c:428: tr_bandwidthUsed: Assertion `tr_isBandwidth( b )' failed.
"""

Because something in the launchpad/apport system seems to be on the fritz at the moment, I'm attaching the output of gdb.
