Why this bug is not valid?

Alex should have left a bigger comment (other than none) but, this is caused because GNOME is starting GNOME Do before it finishes launching its WM. So GNOME Do starts, it says "hey, there is no composite support" because the WM is not running, and reverts you back to a theme that works without composite. Largely, this is your distro's fault and there is little we can do about it.

Do Mini Interface requires composite support? Cos I've this problem with that interface, not with docky.

yes, all themes except classic require composite support

It sounds new to me, I mean 0.6 version was different, can you confirm? Anyway, thanks for your help and patience, I'll try to add a bit of delay before starting gnome-do.

there was same problem with awn..now it fixed with autostart script in /usr/bin

#!/bin/sh
sleep 10 && avant-window-navigator

this script is added in gnome-session. is it possible to add this file for gnome-do?

We're not going to add this in house, this isn't our problem it's your
environment. Sleeping for 10 seconds everywhere would be silly.

Is it possible for Do to change to composite mode after starting, or do that check on first invocation?

It's pretty much out of scope for us to change your environment. There are many different ways to use compositing as well, how would we decide which one? Some use compiz, some use kwin, some use metacity, some use xcompmgr.
