can not clear the all check boxes in Other Options in keyboard layout

Bug Description

1. click "Other Options..." button in keyboard layout setting.
2. clear the check boxes for "Alt+Shift change layout." and "ScrollLock LED shows alternative layout."
3. close dialog
4. click "Other Options..." again.
5. did not save clearing the check boxes.

I uses Japanese Keyboard Layout (Japan or Japan OADG 109A), both layout reproduce above bug.

Seems like a gnome-keyboard-properties bug. Reassigning to gnome-control-center.

thank you for your bug report, that seems to work correctly on jaunty, not confirming the issue, do you get any error on the command line when getting the bug?
