thanks for the report, any chance to attach your Xorg.0.log, syslog log files localted at /var/log? I'm not sure it's a brasero issue, do you have the same if burning with another cd burning program ? .

For safety of my computer I dont try any another program. Excatly when
brasero is default for gnome... but in future I can try , if you wish...

Just want to confirm. While attepting to write data project machine at first freeze (after ~ 5min. attepting to do sth with DVD) then simply restarted. I was only browsing internet in a meantime. No problem with writing from nautilus (burn://).

If you want additonal data just write what is reqired to obtain them.
