New projects cannot create specs

Bug Description
Today I registered the dynamite project, but clicking on the 'specs' link, resulted in a 404 error. So either the link should be disabled or the functionality to create specs should be added. I would prefer the latter :)

I think that somebody added a specs facet to Project whereas currently only Product can have specs. Removing the facet would probably be for the best.
