Bug Description
The new dynamic DOM update stuff isn't packaged properly as YUI modules, but it's still live under the module directiory. So it's bundled into the compressed launchpad.js file and is executed on every page load.
This should be refactored into a proper YUI module so that it's only used from the page it is needed. (Although distribution in the whole launchpad.js is fine for now.)
