Bug Description
Update Manager needs to have translatable strings for the next release in the current version.
For example, update-manager in intrepid (8.10) needs to have a string for Ubuntu 9.04, even for a development release.
If not, this string will always be in English.
<b><big>Upgrading Ubuntu to version 8.10</big></b>
