New Tab shortcut key does not work

Bug Description

I'm testing Ubuntu 9.04 Alpha 2. The shortcut key to open a new tab (Ctrl + T) does not work. I have tried this in Nautilus and Firefox.

It maybe my computer, so I need someone to confirm it happens to them as well.

I do not have this problem. Did you have a fresh installation?
If not, maybe you should try add a new user and test again.
