It's not obvious how to subscribe to a mailing list

Bug Description
For unregistered users that have never used Launchpad before, it is not obvious that to subscribe to a mailing list you must subscribe to Launchpad too. Under "Your involvement" in the team page you should at least write something like "You must log in to subscribe to this team mailing list".
