Bug Description

https://lists.ubuntu.com/archives/ubuntu-security-announce/2006-February/000286.html describes a security hole in unzip and links to a proported fix. However, some (or perhaps all) of the package links referred to 404, eg http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/u/unzip/unzip_5.51-2ubuntu0.4_i386.deb

Is there a reason we have to wait 48 hours after receipt of the mail for the updates to be available? That seems like a bug to me...
