Bug Description
Binary package hint: firefox-3.0
trying to set up a video camera. pencam1, it is using stv680 driver. Looking in home folders/
----click stv680 we get folders, click on folder module I get drivers, click on drivers i get stv680, click on stv680 get folders, click on folder module I get drivers, click on drivers i get stv680, click on stv680 get folders, click on folder module I get drivers, click on drivers i get stv680, click on stv680 get folders, click on folder module I get drivers, click on drivers i get stv680, click on stv680 get folders, click on folder module I get and so on. I have never seen a series of folders going in a circle unless there is an error. Maybe this is the reason why no program is able to find the cam and mention "No device Found"
Pentium 4, 200 mhertz, windows xp home edition and installed ultimate edition. All other hardware are detected and working fine, even skype. but I can't get the cam to work. Tried Quickcam Chat but read that Logitec is not supported, tried Kinsington cam model 67015 and although by doing a query dmesg I can see that the camera was detected and it's the same with the other cameras, I always have the same problem.
Thanks for any help. ps: no program added to ultimate edition only the available upgrades
Jacques
