Not able to reproduce it on a breezy i386 installation with the same version. Can you give a list of the extra jpilot packages you have installed (jpilot-plugins, jpilot-mail, etc)?

Have you tried moving the .jpilot directory in your home directory out of the way and see what happens then?

Hi Kristian,

I followed your suggestion and the ubuntu jpilot loaded flawlessly.

I also compiled an older version of jpilot that worked and when I did
a sync with it after when I restored the .jpilot stuff after that I
retried the newer ubuntu jpilot binarie that also worked suddenly.

Regards
Mark
