apport reports from Jaunty Live CD always fail

apport will generate URLs of the form https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-control-center/+filebug/qY5kGIMMGroKmtrlmHR4MEbnZz8? when run from the Jaunty Live CD and probably in other contexts as well (I have heard at least about one other instance). Apparently, Launchpad does not correctly handle that. I get a page saying "Lost something?
