Bug Description
Current error message when trying to log in an inactive user is "This account is inactive." This is somewhat misleading to the user who is waiting to be activated, and might lead them to think something went wrong with their activation.
Would be nice if users not-yet-active could be differentiated from users who have been deactivated, and therefore this page could provide better info back to users. In the meantime, perhaps changing the error message to something ambiguous like:
"This account has either not yet been activated, or was deactivated. Contact us for more info."
