Distortion between window decoration (metacity)

This is more evident while using compiz (wobbly) that there is minor (white static) distortion beneath the window decoration and top of the window while being moved. It's easier to observe while on top of a lighter background. I tested a few of the Dust Emerald themes and this does not seem to occur. Although, Emerald is pretty much defunct as a decorator. I'd much rather use the gtk-window-decorator. See attached screencast to see bug in action.

This happens with other gwd/metacity themes too, so it's a compiz problem. Marking invalid.
