Bug Description

I submitted a bug against gnome-power-manager (https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/+source/gnome-power-manager/+bug/31497) because it didn't have the option to change the luminosity.

Oliver Grawert told me that, if I was sure that my hardware supported changing the luminosity, I should file a bug against HAL. As I can change the luminosity using two special keys, I filed this bug.

I'm not the reporter, but I have the same problem. So, I'll answer for him: my laptop is a Fujitsu/Siemens Lifebook S6120.
