Bug Description

So it would be very cool if I could use shellsink to share commands. For example, say I wanted to create a recipe for installing some custom vi plugins in ubuntu. I could execute the commands that install the plugins so they were up on my shellsink account. Then tag them with a unique tag.

If there were a way to mark that tag as "public" I should be able to allow other shellsink users to pull all those commands into their bash history.

I think this is an important use case, but the work flow might need some figuring out.
