e.g. instead of writing:
[qbzr]
BRANCHES = trunk 0.9.5
[[0.9.5]]
REVISION = tag:release-0.9.5
User could write:
[qbzr]
BRANCHES = trunk 0.9.5
[[0.9.5]]
REVISION = tag:release-
