Hi.

I'd like to ask to put INSTALL file in your project.
You documentation is great, but lack of install procedure spoils a good impression :)

Please, include something like: (and in documentation on LaunchPad)

1. Create ~/.bazaar/plugins directory if not exists
2. bzr checkout lp:bzr-scmproj
3. Rename bzr-scmproj to scmproj to make Bazaar plugin loader happy :)
4. Run "python __init__.py build_ext -i" in ~/.bazaar/plugins directory.
5. Test with "bzr plugins"
6. Say thank you to ScmProj author :)

P.S. Nested projects feature is the first that come to mind when thinking about distributed projects, I wish VCS writers thought the same...
