qlog DIR/ should show the log for dir content, not for the directory only

Bug Description
Our qlog is very cool tool. It allows user to get the combined log
for several files at once. It does right thing and provides more
features than CLI bzr.
Based on this I think we should change how qlog for directory works.
IIRC there is bug report for bzr itself about having log for
directory content, not for directory itself when user runs `bzr log DIR`.
I think we should support this in QBzr, because it's very natural
expectation IMO.
May be we also need some option to force old behavior in cmd_qlog.

there is movement towards the same goal in the bzrlib itself, so it's natural to have at least the same in qbzr.
