Bug Description
We should detect the user's Ubuntu version through their user-agent, and suggest the correct Ubuntu version for the sources.list by default.
When implementing this, we should have in place before deployment, stats on how much users change the version, and see if we're successful in providing a better default for most users. If we are, it can have in impact in other places, like the default list of packages the user sees in a PPA.
