Bug Description

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

I thought that Ubuntu would solve all of my windows problems, like how Firefox eats up 400+ MB of memory and then refuses to release it. I guess even in Ubuntu Firefox still stinks.. It really needs to do a better job of handling persistent usage.... I'm sorry but I don't want to restart my computer every time I'm done using the internet.. If firefox can't release memory, godspeed to google chrome on ubuntu.

My firefox usually has about 130MB memory, that's all. If you don't like Firefox, maybe you should try www.opera.com.
