Chording with absolute input is buggy/doesn't work

Bug Description
Chording should be possible with ABS_* events.
The current implementation only allows chording for one ABS input at a time, and only when that ABS event is the final input in the chord.
Additionally, there is a bug where such a chord will repeat indefinitely if the first input of the chord to be released is not the ABS event. Eg. (based on the test.map entry):
Press KEY_THUMB2
Move ABS_X
Release KEY_THUMB2
Recentre ABS_X
