Problems printing in firefox - network attached printer

Bug Description

I seem to be having problems printing from Firefox. Any clues as to what needs to be changed?

Background:

The printer is network attached to a NAS and prints correctly when printing a test page or printing from other applications like OpenOffice.

I've enabled debugging information for cups and attached the the updated /var/log/cups/error_log with the stop and start of the cups service - including an unsuccessful print attempt from Firefox 3.0.5.
