scid crashes when selecting Options, Fonts, Fixed

Bug Description

Binary package hint: scid

When one selects 'Options' -> 'Fonts' -> 'Fixed' scid immediately crashes with following error:

  X Error of failed request: BadValue (integer parameter out of range for operation)
  Major opcode of failed request: 45 (X_OpenFont)
  Value in failed request: 0x4200361
  Serial number of failed request: 117678
  Current serial number in output stream: 117679

[1] + exit 1 scid

Bug is still present in my current (64-bit) setup. As soon as I select 'Options' -> 'Fonts' -> 'Fixed' scid immediately crashes with following error:
