Movie screen init is broken

Bug Description

Because I have no movies to test against and there are no unit tests for the movie screen, I believe that my recent Movie screen callback refactoring has broken the init. I simply did not notice it.

The offending line is here:

        Screen.__init__(selfk, callback)

For whatever reason, an additional k slipped in there. Since this screen is probably a major reason that any tester would actually be using Entertainer, this is a regression that must be fixed before 0.3 is released. I'll fix it today.

Marking as criticial because it would break a frequently used screen.
