scrolling pages

Bug Description

when i scroll (up) pages using the mouse there is a delay between visual position of rigth bar and probably real one.

the result is that it always "go back one page", i can't find in settings if i can disable this ... for sure this issue doesn't make it really usable.

Your problem looks the same as the one described here:
