Bug Description
If you attach the same camera a second time and select duplicate detection, it will still import every picture it has already imported before, they are just hidden from view.
(This is a variant of the third part of Bug #250899 and is serious enough to merit its own bug, especially since the program cheats the user into believing that detect duplicates does in fact work).
You should really get rid of f-spot in the main distribution until it has at least alpha quality.
